Keville Hairdressing

Award winning Irish Hairdresser Alan Keville recently opened up his first Dublin salon, Keville Hairdressing on South Anne Street right in the heart of Dublin City. With numerous titles and awards under his belt including IHF Irish Hairdresser of the Year and L’Oreal Colour Trophy, Alan Keville’s talent has been in high demand for the last 10 years.

With a highly talented and award-winning team in both Wexford and Dublin, many have been with Keville Hairdressing for the last 10 years. Clients travel regularly from all over Ireland as well as Dubai to have their hair styled with Alan and his team, which also includes some very talented siblings.

As technical style director for Italian brand Alfaparf, Alan has travelled around Europe as well as other international locations consistently over the years styling shows and collections and regularly conducts demonstrations and seminars within the hairdressing industry nationally and internationally.

Chic surroundings, private washing rooms as well as wonderful relaxing head massages compliment the expertise & talent that is at Keville Hairdressing. If the success and standards of the Wexford salon is anything to go by, Dublin will be well worth a visit!

Wishing Alan & Keville Hairdressing every success for the Dublin Salon.

Dublin Fashion Festival

Dublin Fashion Festival  is only a week away and is looking like it is going to be the event of the season, the Dublin Festival Season that is. They say the best things in life are free….well it doesn’t get much better than this!!

With event programmes confirmed, advertisements and promotions in full swing, all that’s left is to round-up the girls and plan where you are going to hit and what events to attend!

From model searches to Moet cocktails, there is definitely something for everybody. Starting on Sept 8 2011, a day Vogue (and Anna) have put on the international fashion calendar, Dublin Fashion Festival runs over 4 days. The list of events is endless but here are some of my favourite things going on during the festival…

Fashionista’s VIP Afternoon Tea The Gallery @ The Westbury

With one of the most fashionable locations just off Grafton Street, The Westbury is offering a fashionable VIP afternoon tea in their gallery which looks over the famous shopping street. A great way to put the bags down, relax and take a break from all of the fashion festivities!

Barnardos Pop-Up Shop Fashion HQ @ Waterstones Building

Proving highly successful last year, Barnardos are bringing back all things vintage. From clothes and jewellery to shoes and bags, this will be one to visit during the festival for the unique find!

Young Designer Celebration Fashion HQ @ Waterstones Building

Being huge fans and supporters of home-grown talents, this is the first thing we will be going to see during the festival. Ireland’s most talented upcoming designers showcase their latest collections. It’s only a matter of time before they will be gracing the cover of Vogue!
